All in all everything was really good, had a very good stay of more than 5 nights. The staff was well-mannered and the room was great-sized, brand-new.

Well, the views were ugly here.

There were central heating, an iron/ironing board, and TV in my double room, loved it. The beds were extremely comfy, the bathroom was big size.

By and large, it was holiday base for sightseeing in Nottingham, had much fun. Had brand-new, great-sized room that was only cleaned on er per week with no daily or even 2 daily change of towels. I loved the comfy beds.

Pretty standard place with incredibly nice staff. Incredible, magnificent location near to town centre which was ideal. And really close to many coffee shops, bar and restaurants, city center and the Lace Market / Hockley areas.

Everyone who works in the hotel is efficient and excellent. The location is excellent and incredible in a comfortable area, just off the nearest shops, all the Pubs and restaurants, and resturants. Moreover, it is minutes from Trade.

I recently stayed at Premier Suites in the city center for a short city break. The staff were friendly and check-in and check-out were quick. The apartment had everything we needed and was surprisingly quiet considering its central location. The comfortable bed and well-stocked kitchen were a bonus. Will definitely be staying again!

Facilities. Hair dryer and microwave etc. well equipped.

Receptionist was a bit stroppy as we were 45 mins early before check in. No where to store baggage securely if you get there early. Bathroom light needed a pulley end on the string as it was just a grubby piece of string hanging there. Bit grim.

Everything there was very good and the stuff were competent. The location was best possible, within walking distance of a performing arts theater. Besides, it was near to Lace Market, and the train station. The rooms were impressive and had a fantastic view. The bed was comfortable, I slept like a child.

The location is absolutely beautiful, so close to the city center, we absolutely adored it. The rooms are spacious, and the service was excellent – exactly what we were hoping for.

All the staffs were competent and efficient.

Had very central location in a cupboard area. I visited The Larder on Goosegate, based minutes away from the hotel, had dinner there.

The location was marvellous, within walking distance of Leo. We had the double room with a big bed.

The hotel was good standard, I really enjoyed its efficient staff. Good service was provided here. The location was excellent and fantastic, in a cupboard area with easy access to a shopping centre and a market.

This was a very good stay for 1 night. I really enjoyed a good restaurant with an Indian menu.

We stayed for 3 days and had a fine stay. The view from our nicely decorated double room was great. The amazing friendly and excellent staff greeted us with a smile. The location was incredible, near bars and restaurants, the Lace Market/Hockley areas of Nottingham.
